Changing of the Guard

A big day in the Kreitzer house - Rachel learns to mow the lawn.  Rachel (and Alex) have been begging to mow the lawn for awhile.  I guess Dave decided Rachel is finally old enough to help out with his big chore.  She was pretty excited.  I'm pretty sure Dave will have to go back over and clean up the lawn some for awhile as she learns to manipulate the lawn mower.  But, it will be a big time saver for him.  And, Rachel felt very grown-up today.  Makes me a little nervous, but we'll see how it goes.

First step - put gas in the mower

 Then, can she start the mower?  It took a couple tries, but she got it.

Dave's making her do it the hard way.  She was probably wondering what she was getting herself into.

Oh, this is much easier!  Loving it!
